Hello! My name is Barbara Natasegara and I am a member of the British Humanist Association. I am trained and accredited by the British Humanist Association to write and conduct unique, personalised wedding, vow renewal and partnership ceremonies.
I have more than 30 years experience working in the field that I am passionate about, that is, Human Rights, inclusion, equality and diversity. I currently work as the co- CEO of a charity called Safer Wales www.saferwales.com. I became a Wedding Celebrant with the British Humanist Association because I believe that everyone has the right to celebrate the big life events and milestones in their lives in whatever way she or he chooses. So my weekends (and other days of the week as required) are given over to conducting Humanist Wedding or Partnership Ceremonies.
If you and your partner would like a non-religious ceremony which is moving and beautiful, light-hearted or serious, and above all, deeply personal to you two, then I will take huge pleasure in working with both of you to design and create the ceremony of your dreams!
You will be able to declare your love for each other in whatever way feels right, for your family and friends to witness. You can choose your own readings and music, involve family members if you so wish, and the ceremony can be as traditional or alternative as you wish (within reason!)
